Custom Projects & Private Expeditions

While most of what we do is focused on our seasonal wildlife expeditions, we occasionally take on a number of custom projects each year—the kind that require deep knowledge, logistical finesse, and an eye for detail.

We’re not a mass tourism operator, and we don’t try to be. But if you’re planning something meaningful, complex, or off the beaten path, we’re open to collaborating.

We work with:

• Researchers needing support with remote access and in-field logistics

• Media and film crews obtaining permits, location management, and recce trips in wild places

• Travel companies looking to offer something different to their clients

• Universities and schools running field-based learning programs

• Private member clubs curating high-value experiences for their community

Our team has helped deliver projects for organizations like the Asia Society, Harvard Kennedy School, Tufts University, the BBC, and the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO)—among others.

We generally work on projects with a minimum overall value of around $20,000 USD, and we like to keep things small, focused, and collaborative.
