Total trip cost for all those joining either one of our Sardine Run weeks starts from $4,200*. A 50% deposit is due at sign-up to reserve your spot.
*For those not joining either Sardine Run week and looking to join ONLY the Botswana safari, the price is increased to $5450. This is because our Sardine Run guests participate profit-free on this trip.
This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged to the same payment method 3 months before the trip start date, unless you cancel your spot in writing before that date. (For example, for a trip beginning 1 January 2027, the balance is charged on 1 October 2026.) If you wish to change your payment method, you must notify us before the balance charge date. Standard terms and conditions apply.
Please note that this trip stays in shared mobile safari/glamping tents.
Flights from Mthatha to Maun are not automatically included, you may elect to have them included on your trip when signing up. The round trip bush charters into the Delta are included from Maun.
