This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged to the same payment method 3 months before the trip start date, unless you cancel your spot in writing before that date. (For example, for a trip beginning 1 January 2027, the balance is charged on 1 October 2026.) If you wish to change your payment method, you must notify us before the balance charge date.
